WES is a charity and a professional network of women engineers, scientists and technologists offering inspiration, support and professional development.
Leonardo is proud to be one of the major companies to have signed the WIAA Charter, pledging our support for improving the gender balance in our industry, and building a more balanced and fair industry for women.
Leonardo is proud to be a signatory of the Women in Defence Charter which is designed to promote gender balance across the defence industry.
AeroWomen is an annual showcase event celebrating the diversity of women in aerospace, for women in and wanting to join the sector. Organised by Leonardo’s trainees, it provides networking opportunities between those women who have established careers in aerospace, as well as a platform for the future generation to meet potential employers and understand the opportunities avialable to them in the sector.
