AeroWomen is an annual showcase event celebrating the diversity of women in aerospace, for women in and wanting to join the sector. Organised by Leonardo’s trainees, it provides networking opportunities between those women who have established careers in aerospace, as well as a platform for the future generation to meet potential employers and understand the opportunities avialable to them in the sector.

It features:

• Women in industry sharing their career paths and highlighting the plethora of ways that a woman can be successful in this sector
• Workshops to promote the skills needed to have a purposeful and successful career in aerospace
