Working with Leonardo UK Ltd
Leonardo's seven major sites across the UK bring investment into their respective local economies and wider region through strong links with supply chain companies in the surrounding areas. Annually, we spend approximately £600m with over 2,100 companies – two thirds of whom are SMEs – in our UK supply chain across our Helicopters, Electronics and Cyber divisions.
Special Processes are a key part of Leonardo's Electronics business's products and we take pride in working with the best. Where Special Processes are called up on a Leonardo PO or Manufacturing Pack, all utilised Special Processors used must be NADCAP approved or Leonardo Approved. Where Leonardo specific standards are being processed, Leonardo prior approval is essential.
Leonardo UK Ltd is committed to ensure that all suppliers are treated fairly, and that the company and its suppliers both benefit from reasonable terms of payment, that are both achievable and do not adversely affect cash-flow for either party.
In accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 of the United Kingdom, Leonardo UK Ltd has issued a statement outlining the steps taken to combat and prevent slavery and human trafficking from taking place within its own operations and supply chains.
Leonardo integrates sustainability into all aspects of our business to create long-term value and generate positive economic, social and environmental impacts for the company and our stakeholders.
