AeroWomen 2026: The future of aerospace and the role women play in shaping it

22 April 2026

AeroWomen is pleased to announce the return of its annual event for a sixth year. Taking place in early June 2026 in Yeovil, this event will bring together professionals, students and aspiring future talent for a day of insight, inspiration and meaningful networking.

AeroWomen exists to inspire women already working in aerospace, as well as those still in education, by showcasing the wide range of career paths and opportunities across the industry, including areas that are often less visible. At the heart of the event is a simple belief: you cannot be what you cannot see. While the event celebrates the achievements and impact of women in aerospace, men are very much encouraged to attend, as lasting progress depends on moving forward together.

This year’s theme focuses on the future of aerospace and the role women play in shaping it. Topics will include developments in the space sector, the Global Combat Air Programme, and career and professional development. The programme will feature workshops, panel sessions and guest speakers, all sharing their experiences, perspectives and advice.

For the first time, the event will also include a technology fair, showcasing innovative projects and technologies from universities through to next-generation aircraft programmes. This will offer attendees a valuable opportunity to engage with pioneering work across the sector, connect with industry professionals and explore the future of aerospace in practice.

Whether you are just starting out, still studying or already established in the industry, AeroWomen is open to anyone with an interest in aerospace and its future.

To express your interest, please email AeroWomen by 1 May 2026. Invitations and further details will be issued in mid-spring 2026.
