Ethnicity Inclusion Network Group

The aim of the Ethnicity Inclusion network group is to support us in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent from ethnic minority communities that will create a better and fair ethnicity balance within Leonardo at all levels.

We have already made a great start through our partnership with AFBE-UK, hosting STEM and career transition events to inspire the next generation of engineers and we intend to continue to work together to make further progress.

For our existing employees it is very important that through this new group we create a safe space for people to air their voice, share their experience and make suggestions on how we can be even better.

During 2024, Leonardo’s Ethnicity Inclusion network group is marking the following events:

Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK)
