Ethnicity Inclusion Network Group

The aim of the Ethnicity Inclusion network group is to support Leonardo in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent from ethnic minority communities that will create a better and fair ethnicity balance within our business at all levels.

Through our partnerships with organisations such as AFBE-UK and the RAF Ethnic Minorities Network, we aim to inspire the next generation of engineers. For our existing employees, it is very important that we create a safe space for people to air their voice, share their experience and make suggestions on how we can be even better.

During 2025, Leonardo’s Ethnicity Inclusion network group is marking the following events:
