SWIR material is available across the 0.8-2.5µm spectral range and can be integrated with custom / existing ROIC’s to meet your needs from a single pixel up to 2Kx2k formats. The SWIR material is at TRL9, being flow on the NASA PACE mission in the Ocean Color Instrument.
Our standard product range in the SWIR features the world leading APD technology and is avaliable as the high frame rate Saphira 320x256 24µm (3KHz) and SaphiraQM 512x512 24µm (2KHz) as well as low flux IkePono1K 1024x1024 10µm (40Hz) and IBEX4M 2048x2048 15µm (1Hz). We also have IkePono4M in development in a 2048x2048 15µm (60Hz)
SaphiraQM, IkePono and Ibex devices have been developed for ground and space application with a radiation hard cell ROIC.
