Leonardo offers dual wave band detectors which incorporate both MWIR and LWIR technology.
This enables optimal thermal imaging in a wide range of conditions and applications providing the user with imaging in both wavebands in the same detector, removing the expense and footprint of 2 separate detectors.
Our dualwave band products include our Condor II detector (3-5µm and 8-10µm) 640 x 512/24µm, and our Condor dualband HD detector 1280 x 1024/12µm is currently in development.
