Equalise Network Group

Equalise is Leonardo’s network group run by those who strive for gender equality within the workforce, in terms of both career development and opportunities. Equalise aims to provide support to employees, inform others about the issues that affect every gender, and dispel stereotypical assumptions in order to help truly reflect our modern workforce.

During 2025, Leonardo and our Equalise Network are marking the following events:

Women's Engineering Society

Leonardo works with the society, supporting and celebrating the many achievements of women in engineering and inspiring the next generation of innovators and pioneers. WES is a charity and a professional network of women engineers, scientists and technologists offering inspiration, support and professional development.

Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter

Leonardo is proud to be one of the major companies to have signed the WIAA Charter, pledging our support for improving the gender balance in our industry, and building a more balanced and fair industry for women.

Women in Defence

Leonardo is proud to be a corporate member of Women in Defence, and is a signatory of the Women in Defence Charter which is designed to promote gender balance across the defence industry.
