Through our membership of Business Disability Forum, Leonardo will work towards being a Disability Confident Leader, building upon our existing accreditation as a Disability Confident Employer. This is part of our wider activities to ensure equality of opportunity for everyone, which is why this is a priority in our Inclusion and Diversity Plan.
Our network group, Enable, plays a significant role in providing practical advice on how Leonardo can best support our people with visible and non-visible disabilities, both, and our employees who have neurodiverse conditions.
