National Inclusion Week 2022

As part of Leonardo’s commitment to making inclusion an everyday reality, we're marking National Inclusion Week (NIW) from 26 September to 2 October 2022 with an exciting line-up of activities across our UK sites to continue to raise awareness of our Inclusion and Diversity programme.

The theme for National Inclusion Week 2022 is Time to Act: The Power of Now, focused on progressing unity into action.

At Leonardo, we aim to recognise the contribution that every single employee has to offer, supported by the company's fantastic Network Groups and Inclusion Champions.

Our continued support to Women in Defence

A year on from Leonardo’s first involvement with the Women in Defence mentoring programme, the company’s second cohort of mentees and mentors is about to start, reinforcing our commitment to promoting gender balance across the defence industry.
