Leonardo has won the Best Flexible Benefits Plan category in the Employee Benefits Awards 2023.
Speaking about the company benefits offered by the company, the judges said: "Leonardo’s successful flexible benefits strategy has been effectively delivered and communicated to their employees. This entry was a great example of how to align a people strategy with the delivery of a comprehensive range of benefits. It offered something for every generation, with a very wide range of communication methods in order to reach and engage all employees."
Employee Benefits & Recognition Manager, Stephanie Allison, and VP People Shared Services, Andrew Letton, collected the award on behalf of Leonardo.
