The theme for National Inclusion Week 2022 is Take Action Make Impact, focused on getting organisations and individuals to think about what actions they can take and what positive impact these actions could and should have for marginalised colleagues.
At Leonardo, we aim to recognise the contribution that every single employee has to offer, supported by the company's fantastic Network Groups and Inclusion Champions.
Employee events during the week include:
- A webinar and networking event entitled: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”
- A session looking at intergenerational working
- An event with Business Disability Forum about our partnership with them
- A session led by Inclusive Employers entitled '5 ways to be more inclusive at work'
